Sasha Kerins – Grant Thornton
Director – Tax
Sasha has extensive experience working in various tax roles over the last 12 years. She joined Grant Thornton in 2008, previously having trained with a Big Four firm and also having spent time working in industry with one of Ireland’s large plc companies.
Sasha advises on a number of areas of taxation across a variety of sectors but principally the food and agriculture sectors and IT and e-commerce sectors.
Professional qualifications and memberships
Sasha is both a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) and of the Irish Taxation Institute (ITI). She has a Masters in Accountancy from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin and a first class honours Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) degree also from University College Dublin. Sasha is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute’s branch network, through which she liaises with the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of practitioners in Kildare. She is also a member of the Irish Taxation Institute’s professional services committee. She regularly lectures and presents on topical tax issues to both industry and professional bodies.
